The Quality Improvement Plan is to Early Childhood Education and Care what a roadmap is to the traveller. Places of significance clearly marked, distances travelled measured and clearly defined routes all assist the traveller to move from where they are to where they want to be

This three-month QIP mentorship is designed to take you from where you are to where you want to be. To turn problems into possibilities and create a plan around how your service prioritises pausing, pondering and in turn pivoting practice. Together we will dive into the regulatory requirements while seeking to create a dynamic document that brings your vision to life.

It’s time to do away with the traditional childcare experience.

Only this isn’t how many services see their QIP. Often instead of an accurate roadmap you’ll find a hastily thrown together or overly cumbersome set of unrelated plans that rarely survive through to fruition.

  1. Georgia

Zoe’s approach to the QIP has transformed an intimidating and overwhelming early childhood document into an active and living tool that everyone understands.

Her approach to documenting strengths, projects, timelines and the vision is nothing like what is currently promoted in the sector, although it should be.

Zoe has helped take the daunting feeling out of documenting our journey. Our QIP is now accessible and easy to navigate. It is a document that is at everyone’s level, yet elevates us as we commit to a higher vision.

We no longer have people who shy away from the QIP. Overall, this approach helped us stay accountable to our higher vision for the children and ourselves.
