Co-Regulated and Connected

$1,000

The capacity to self-regulate, and return to a state of calm contentment after stressors, is something that many adults are investing energy and resources into. Yet we tend to hold children to a higher standard than ourselves.

Co-regulated and Connected is for teams who are ready to move beyond behaviour guidance through seeing all behaviour as communication and making a commitment to meeting the need that sits below the behaviour.

The capacity to self-regulate, and return to a state of calm contentment after stressors, is something that many adults are investing energy and resources into. Yet we tend to hold children to a higher standard than ourselves. Co-regulated and Connected is an introspective journey to the roots of your childhood attachment to uncover how the ways in which those around you responded to you has shaped your capacity for co-regulation.

In this two hour workshop, we will delve into states of arousal, chaos and rigidity, the impact of trauma on the developing brain and seek to create environments and practices that are conducive of deep and purposeful co-regulation. Co-regulated and Connected is for teams who are ready to move beyond behaviour guidance through seeing all behaviour as communication and making a commitment to meeting the need that sits below the behaviour.
